THF Grant Presentation: San Saba Garden Club - Old Mill House
Grant awarded for Phase I of restorations at the Old Mill House, a historic mill now operated as a community center in the rural town. Funds will be used to repair and replace the electrical system and HVAC damaged by the extensive flash flooding that affected the region in July 2025.
