THF Grant Presentation: Texas Heritage Project of AITSCM (San Antonio)
The Texas Heritage Project (THP) of AITSCM was given a grant to publish a book focused on the community-based archive research THP conducted over the past 11 years. From South Texas' First Peoples to the multicultural diversity that comprises the region today, THP's digital repository containing over 26,000 original photos, articles, and maps will be used to celebrate what has come to be known as the Intangible Heritage of the San Antonio & South Texas Region.
