Compliance & Reporting
Recipients must submit a follow-up report with accompanying documentation upon completion of the funded project or within one year of the grant disbursement, whichever occurs sooner.
If your project timeline has extended and you will not meet the completion date projected in your original proposal, please notify Foundation staff.
