THF Grant Presentation: Dickey Museum & Multipurpose Center (Taylor)
Project Description:
The grant awarded is for the Dickey House Storyboard Project which will bring the vision for a rebuilt Dickey House to life through construction-site storyboards. The signage will create awareness about Dr. Dickey’s legacy: 1) by portraying his selfless advocacy for fair and equitable housing, education, business ownership, social justice, and healthcare, and 2) by depicting Dr. Dickey’s former home through elevations that announce the architectural vision for a historically accurate replication of Dickey House.
